Mountain Fund
The Mountain Fund is designed to make real estate investment access with lower capital possible for investors. We define the investment criteria, target asset and strategy based on our ESG philosophy to issue investment products.
We then distribute the return monthly to investors via rental income if the fund target asset is a commercial property, or interest income if the underlying investment is a commercial loan.
Mountain Advisory
At Mountain Asset Management, our advisory experts assist property investors and developers to conduct feasibility analyses and give appropriate strategy advice. This is done through the establishment of accurate debt and or equity structures.
In order to mitigate risks to make projects profitable our experts assess the risk balance of individual projects. Once the aforementioned risks have been acknowledged and assessed, we then connect property investors or developers with a network of more than 40 lenders in the bank and non-bank sectors.
